Natasha was a great trainer, and very helpful if I had any questions. I had her meal & workout plan, i had toyed with the idea of a trainer a few times but she was super affordable for me compared to others near me. I got a meal plan and a workout plan and they were perfectly matched up. I often have horribly low energy and her meal plan actually gave me the energy I needed to function and feel better & actually commit to exercising. I lost about 10-15 lbs while on the plan and I found a ton of new recipes I still use to this day. I would fully recommend her!

Natasha is hands down AMAZING! Her program is super easy to follow, and very affordable. The food on the menu isn’t random stuff like the blood of dragons or a phoenix feather, but simple things you can find at any grocery store. Her workout plans are very easy to follow, gradually pushing your limits, and soon you’ll be shocked at what you can do during week four that you could barely do during week one. When my lazy self actually stuck to her plan, I lost about 10lbs or so. Not only are her plans affordable and doable for any person, but Natasha is a wonderful person. She’s easy to talk to and celebrates every milestone, push up, and good food choice along with you. If you’re on the fence about buying a plan, here’s me pushing you over and saying DO ITTTTTT!
