I joined this program to help get motivation to get healthier. I got so much more than I expected. Natasha has helped me to live life with more intention and mindfulness. Nourish Your Life has helped me to not only get a physical routine that includes working out and yoga but also gratitude and self love. I started this program feeling like I was stuck in one spot. This program has sparked something inside me and given me so much confidence to live life unapologetically.

Being apart of this community has been amazing. Natasha and the community she created is so encouraging and supportive. It’s truly a space to grow and feel supported.

I was a little hesitant to join NYL in the beginning as I have took part in similar program before which comes with workout calendar and meal plan only. I couldn’t make it through the whole program due to lack of self motivation and was afraid history will repeat itself.

I decided to go for it after getting in touch with Natasha and I am so glad I did! Natasha and the NYL Community were AWESOME! They were all so supportive, encouraging and fun. I love how we are all learning to embrace and love who we are and becoming a better version of ourselves. I can’t wait for the next program to come even though I’m still in the current program!

Even though I lost weight during NYL, my victory was not a scale victory. It was quitting my lifelong soda addiction. It was wearing my first bikini (that showed my belly button and everything). It was jumping in a pool in my bra and underwear at a party like all my other friends instead of just sticking my feet in. It was smiling in photos. It was letting my arms jiggle. It was starting the day with yoga instead of laying in bed thinking about all the ways I wish I were different. It was finally living my life instead of punishing myself from existing. The big takeaway was that Natasha didn’t just give me a plan, she gave me tools for how to respect my body, how to treat it well, and how to love it in whatever state it’s in.
